anyone got any decent pictures or a wesite that shows how to remove the rear bumper of a e46 330ci soft top

Tool's needed
rachet,10mm socket 13 mm socket,screwdriver
Remove the two boot trays N/S-O/S, Using the 13mm socket remove the 6 fixings which you will see once trays are removed, under the wheel arch,where the bumber meets,use the 10mm socket to remove hanger brackets,N/S-O/S.
pull bumper back and it will come off in one full unit including struts.also disconnet senors if fitted with PDC.;)

i cant see any fixings one i remove the trays? let alone 6!!

could it be the nuts behind these plastic covers?

just noticed the 6 fixings in your picture, do you have to remove the large blask plastic piece that goes from the n/s to os

ask a thief that takes bumpers in munite's in london... :D
