guys is it possible to get an e46 mtec steerin wheel onto an e36?? and wud u b able to wire up the audion control buttons upto the head unit via an apadter or sumfing? im assumin i wud need sum kind of modification and need a different hub for it to go on but aint rele sure so thort i ask u techies out there... ne help wud be greatly appreciated...

Yep, the ghetto smurf "Vert" did this. Non Mtec wheel, but couple of issues. No airbag, and the horn had to be relocated to a separate button on the dashboard. Apart from that, fitting was straightforward and no additional boss needed. I'm sure smurf will be along to post pics. Personally, I think it looked out of place, but was a cool mod
