FAO: DVD Based nav systems...new v25 update

For folks who have the dvd-based mkiv system, there is a new firmware update available, will try this when i get home later.

Normally includes bug fixes, quick alogrithms for routing finding etc, sorry to say it won't update anything on mkiii/mkii systems, other than just update them to very 3/63 (mkiii) and 2/81 (mkii).

just spent the last 2hrs getting the download, this one is corrupt, do not bother to download it.

Sourced it from another ftp server, and ran the update without any problems..

will bring the cd on sunday guys. [ok firmware version has gone to 4/1-50 ;)

Tin is there any more updated DVD map? I think I got the 2005 version.

nope, according to bmw gb, the latest dvd is 2005-1.. 2005-2 normally comes out 2nd half of the year, hence june'ish onwards.. not too worry, when i get my copy, will try it out in your too for testing purposes ;)
