Hey guys.

my very last center cap has fell off my 19" hamann hm2's and now im gettin pissed. the things just dont stay on! they must use really crap glue! i think the stick them on with pritsticks.

anyways does any1 kno where i can get replacements? when it first happened it took autovouge almost 3 months to get me 1 replacment so there is no point askin them, i mailed hamann 2 weeks ago and they havent replied :(

Original Hamann caps are unique in design. Very difficult to find replicas if there's any about.

good point nick i forgot about roy! i'll pm him 2moz hopefully he will reply. i mailed him and pm him 2 weeks ago about summit else and he still hasnt replied so i wont hold out any hope and just try wheel power at the same time lol.

btw nick any idea why these fekkers wont stay on? and sulotion 2 the problem? dont want 2 be buying new 1's every month. 2 of my mates have the same problem with porsche and rarri caps everytime the wash theie car then come home after a drive 1 is missing lol.

i was thinkin just pull them off and restick them my self with some heavy duty adhesive!?

That or use some of the double-sided 3M tape that Teddy uses/used for his original CCFL halos if the contact areas are close enough, that stuff sticks like trash to a trailer park. ;)

is this stuff mega thin or summit dan? i dont want the cap badge 2 stick out if u get me.... was thinkin of usin the stuff they use 2 stick m3 boot lips down lol

Pretty thin, I'd say maybe a 2-3 mm, but noticeably thicker than regular sticky tape. Not sure how big the gap is that you've got to play with inside the cap, glue may be the best option if it's fairly tight but tape just seems less messy if you can get away with it, ya know? Lip spoiler stuff is def sticky stuff too, that may work. :)

Twist the clips a little so that they bite for into the recess on the rim. I take it that you lost the emtire centre caps and not just the emblem on the centre caps? If the latter, yes, strong doubles sided tape or automotive silicon will do the trick.

I have some Hamann wheel cap stickers lying around lol
