the lovely day today turned out to be a hot one for me anyhow was coming outta work with the fan blasting cold air with the a/c on then suddenly it stopped i check the fuses no joy please someone help and now i can smell a stale sniff from the car pollen fliter was changed yesterday

What car do you drive? Early E46's are notorious for failure of the final stage resistor which controls the fan motor.

Here's a DIY link. U.S. forum though so you don't remove the glovebox like they do, the part is on our drivers side.

sorry i forgot to put it on the post its a 02 325 ci i want to get it fixed as soon as i will be getting a m3 shortly
