After getting a mild bashing in the UK, Honda has released the Type R-R. 260bhp from a 2 litre NA engine is impressive! Not too keen on the GT4 style roof vent tho

I bet it bloody flies and it'll be as reliable as a Swiss watch, but I do hate the puketastic shape of the new Civics. :(

The article in Auto Express is misleading.

The total package price of the car shown is £55,000 plus a donor car (£19k) plus VAT! And that's for the parts and engine prep labour, not all the labour. I'd count on nearer £100k.

Or a Gallardo/911 GT2/F430.

If you only want the engine package, its £21,610....plus donor car!

See here for details:
JAS Motorsport (http://www.jasmotorsport.com/civicTypeRGr.htm)

From their T&C's, you also have to sign a declaration of use.

Warranty
The parts are not covered by any technical warranty. In case of failure or misfunction, these spares may be replaced free of charge in case of evident and unquestionable manufacturing defects.
Parts damaged during shipment are not covered by any warranty and will not be replaced.
Permitted use
The parts supplied by JAS Motorsport, now and in the past, are not homologated for road use and must be used exclusively in races or track day events taking place at tracks designated for that purpose, or in rallies on closed public highways, together with incidental use on the public highway for the purpose of travel between stages of such rallies.

Finally a CTR to live up to the Integra legend (Maybe), but the shape is puketastic...

and the exhausts suck....

and the roof vent sucks....

Defo a chav chariot

I prefer the JDM Type R styling - 4 door models still has the Integra-ness to it

I used to own an old shape type r (premier version) came with better recaros n few more extras, was a lovely car with a bullet proof engine used to rag the ass off it and it never once failed me. I was ready to buy the new shape till i actually saw the shape lol.

But every one gonna have the old one soon as the prices are dropping, expect to see many more chavs on road tryna giv it da big un lol

the CTR has a great engine and drives VERY good at high revs... when i was in one it didnt handle low end revs very well but the gear box wow, you could shift with one finger without any hesistation.

The sounds were lovely but the only thing holding me back was that Honda badge (then again i cant talk because i had a pug 205 GTi - 1.6 and a corsa :|:|:|) but still i was after marque this time :D and damn did i get something :D... for 3 weeks only ;)
