Again sincerest apologies for our lack of replies over last few days but we have been away on a track day and are just sooo busy at the moment ....still enough excuses , below is the latest information on our new range of CSL and GTR style FRP and carbon parts :
Right , first and update and clarification as to exactly what products we are offering .
1. We are still able to offer the pre preg handmade carbon CSL style trunks FOR COUPE AND CONVERTIBLE MODELS ONLY as detailed and priced on our related thread at http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=233876 , as long as we get the minimum group buy order of 6 such trunks .
2. However , the pics posted up on this thread you are reading now are NOT our own hand made pre preg items but a new range we have taken on of extremely high quality vacuum formed carbon fibre products by VORSTEINER , for whom we are official importers and dealers ( we are hoping to soon be appointed sole exclusive UK importer so we welcome any trade enquiries ) .
3. All Vorsteiner products are avaialble NOW for E46 M3 models , and will very soon also be available for E46 COUPE AND 4 DOOR models ....please note though that at first the hoods for 4 doors will be M3 style WITHOUT the GTR vents ; these will be offered later in the year .Please also note on some coupe models the wings / fenders may need slight adjustment to suit the M3 GTR style hood . Later in the year coupe specific hoods will be released . -
4 . most products are available as one sided or full carbon, all vacuum formed , so it is of very high quality ; yes pre preg is better ultimately , but for street use you are just as well off with the Vorsteiner products as they are still full carbon and will be cheaper than pre preg .Some products are also available as FRP construction , but even this is VACUUM FORMED for best quality and strength. All items are or will be available in BLACK AND SILVER carbon
