US Spec mirror question

I know that LHD headlights will need adjustments for RHD cars. Does this apply to mirrors as well? I was thinking since we can adjust the mirror angle it wouldn't be too bad but is it not going to work?

Yes, the mirror housing is angled differently. Put a set of LHD mirrors on a RHD car and you'll end up tilting the mirrors at very obtuse angles to just get a decent view.

yup thats right when i forst got my fold up mirrors on my last e46 they were LHD they were a nightmare to live with i then managed 2 get a right hand side set avoid LHD mirrors dude
