I tried to replace my brake disks last night and tried to undo the hex screw that's holding the disk to the hub but it's stuck solid. I tried spraying WD40 and left it for a few hours but no change. I don't want to put so much force into unscrewing it as I can foresee the bolt head being chewed (e.g. alan key + hammer), then I'd be completely screwed (sorry not funny pun). Any good tips on how to unscrew it? I'm sick of accumulating 'still-to-do-mods' in the garage

I had this a few years back on my E28 (yes thats not a typo - E28!!)
Anyhow, i ended up takin round to local tyre joint - they used the pneumatic drill on it, unscrewed right away!
