Cleaning dash/door cards to lift dirt - white spirit?

Hi,

Im gonna hopefully, weather permitting :rolleyes: , gonna clean the car proper this weekend

I have got all this to use

Anyhow - my door cards, the plastic/vinal bits are a bit grubby - what should I use to clean them? Im sure kav suggested White Spirit - but i may be wrong? Is this the stuff?

if you wanna clean the vynal etc turtle wax do some wipes which are wicked for cleaning the vynal etc etc get your booty down to halfords lol

Ooops - just rememberd where i got white spirit from - was when u talked about fitting rear boot spoiler - to clean surface with the stuff first!!

Yea - prob use them from halfrauds - they dont make the surfaces SHINEY do they? cos i hate that!

Get some GROOM stuff frm Halfrauds. Its in a spray can. Squirt onto panels, leave till foam dies down and wipe off. Its good for getting stains out of rugs too.

Follow up with autoglym bumper care, use in small amounts on a rag and wipe off immediately for a matt look.

I was in the states last month with work, I always tend to pick stuff up from there - half price!

nar - im off to my folks house this wend, they got loads of car parking space, so good time for to get cleaning - better than on road side in london

this weekend im doing:

cleaning
cd2 engine again (reminder ffrom last time!!)
remove all mud from rear arches, polish them
clay the car
polish
more polish
rip seats out
clean carpets
install cable for infinity basslink
clean all rest of insides
fit black grills [cool
fit xenon interior light pack [cool
fit diff headlamps [cool
fit ACS pedals [cool
fit basslink [cool

then go for a pint or 2 - bars in burton are cool cos got Coors brewery round corner from house in burton
