Running Cables from Boot into Coupe Cabin - where?

Im hopefully getting an Infinity Basslink today (came in work early so I can leave early and gonna pop by Tottenham Court Road to Car Audio & Security to pic it up :D [cool )

Everything will be in the boot, since the battery etc is there BUT, i need to run the below controller into the cabin

Where do you suggest I run the cable? Im probably gonna take the seats out, so i can give it a good clean while im at it, so pretty much anywhere would be ok - just wondering where would be the ideal place

Where did you guys (pepper etc) mount the controller unit? Im thinking of just wedging it next to the drivers seat and center console - stealth!

Hi Jamie,

I would say that you could pretty much run the cable anywhere front to back. RCA's tend to be the only cabling that you have to be careful of (to stop any possible interference from occurring).

If you are planning on taking out the seats anyway then there is no reason not to run the cable down the centre.

Under the rear seats and then under the plastic stripping inside the door frame just behind the kick plates. The controller fits snugly between the slider of your seat and the plastic stripping. I'll take a pic later this weekend.

i would go down the center dude thats what most people do when installing ICE. did you order the front lip I have fitted your springs into your new shocks to as i was bored :-)

havent ordered the front lip yet - working out who can paint, plus not sure if it will look bad if i just get that painted and then fit and it look a slight shade different. Oh other hand if i get whole bumper done, it will mean bein without car - which i cant be DILEMMA!!

As for spring and shocks? So you got the new spring for me? If so do you just want me to pay you for shocks/springs/top mounts and fitting when i come down? (you sent me price via PM :D )
