Pics of snapped lip spoiler - can it be fixed?

In short i bought a lip spoiler of ebay for a very good price, but it turned out to be unifinished and crap, oh yea and snapped in transit.

I got my money back and they guy said keep the bits

(a bit blured on the close up - bestm my camera can do!)

Is it worth my while getting it fixed and sprayed? Can it be done? If so, how much you reckon?

Should I just bin it and buy a new one off Teddy?

how much is a new one from teddy dude also how much will a body shop charge to fix and spray that one ? what did the ebay dude say in the end?

I had to report the kutha to paypal. He ended up refunding me fully after only 2 hours of reporting. He apologized and said his mate listed the item using his account. He also daid he didnt want it back.

As for fixing/spraying - thats also why im posting as im hopeing someone will give me a rough cost guide. Someone PM'ed me to say 50 quid. At that price id prefer to get one off Teddy for 75 painted and ready to stick on(may even save a bit by picking up??)

Exactly - in fact ive listed it on ebay to see if anyone wants it. Good for personal DIY.
