Any regular posters in Southampton?

I have tentatively agreed to buy a set of Xenons from a guy down in Southampton, but he doesnt use paypal, so I wouldn need to just send off a cheque for £350 quid and hope he isn't a thief. Are there any regular forum users who are around this area who could help me otut by maybe collecting the lights off the guy and sending them up (at my expense obviously) to help make this a bit more secure? Im asking for regular forum posters as there is little point replacing one total stranger with another.

my girlfriend is at uni in southampton so im down there fairly regularly, i've taken a week off and im going on friday for a week if thats any help?


also cant roy help you out, im sure his HID's would be about the same?

EDIT:Xenon's on CA's website (http://www.ca-automotive.co.uk/hidxenonbulbs.shtml) all are cheaper, if thats any help?

That would be an awesome help scholesy - I'd considered the HID's but would like to keep with OEM in the meantime. I'll get in contact with the guy selling and see if we can work something out, then get back to you. Do you know anywhere you can easily get to in Southampton, where it would be convenient for you to meet him - I will suggest it to him and see what he says.

any where in the centre marlands,west quay shopping centres, outside the mayflower, bedford place or leisure world?

or if not if he suggests somewhere central then i'll meet him there.
