… me!

I know there are a lot of clued up people on here who’ve help me out in the past, so I’m calling you all to help me again.

What started out as a small crack on a small plastic radiator part has tuned into a, well, large one, and im having to top up the coolant evry couple of days :(

No problem I though, I’ll just look for the part number, go to the dealer and order one…

…not as simple as that though!!!

Below is that part I need:

Which goes here:

The part number on the packet is 99-00-0-003-352, I took this part number to the dealer in Taplow, it turns out it doesn’t exist as a part on its own “…but it comes with the radiator, so you’ll have to buy a new radiator, at £279 + VAT”

My radiator is in perfect condition so what’s the point?

I’ve already rung a couple of places who said it’s a dealer part only, so can any of you come to the rescue ?

Here's hoping

Thats the thing mate, its not listed on its own even though it has its own part no. but the fustrating thing is the dealer can not/will not get it unless i buy a whole new radiator

I've just checked on realoem and the radiator is the same on the E39, which is a bit more common at the scrappy

cheers
