Hi All!

I need your help friends :D

I have my new mods painted but have some trouble to install it.

It's a replica ACS Roof Spoiler and looks like a bit deformed because if I take it on the window don't flow with it perfectly. I used the included double sided tape to bring it on the window but didn't worked...

The other thing is that I can't find the correct place for the spoiler. Has anybody this spoiler on their car installed? Where should I put it? To the top of the window like a elongation of the roof? Or should I put it more down, place on the black sealant?

Has anybody maybe a pic of a installed ACS R S? Would be nice to see.

Thanks in advance! ;)

I just bought a special glue for windows. Tomorrow I will try to stick it with that glue on the window... I don't want to lose the piece on the road... would be very aching... I think not just for me... :(

BTW my custom CSL Trunk is at the paint shop.... I hope I can install it on the next week:o

Regards!

I sold my replica ACS roof spoiler I bought from Teddy to West Side, he fitted it using normal automotive silicon cement without any problem. The fit is very good. Just make sure you prime the glass where the spoiler is going to be stuck onto so that you will not see the nasty glue from inside the cabin.

Hi axl320d

I believe the ACS rear window spoiler are different on the E36 as compared to the E46, Could this be why you are having a problem fitting it ?

Are you sure you got the right ACS rear window spoiler for your E46, just a thought ?

I might be talking out of my rear :o

I meant to say that the 2 door coupe has a different roof spoiler than the 4 door, are you sure you got a 4 door version ?

For some reason I could not edit my previous message?

Thanks Guys for the hints!

I put it on yesterday with a glue and pushed it against the window for more than 24 hrs. I mean with a band not me myself :D Now it looks to be stable on the place. I hope it will stay there ;)

I am sure its for e46 and for 4dr because its there on the back of the spoiler 4d e46. Its true that is replica and not original pice of ACS. But looks identical with the ACS. Later this week I will take some photos when I have the CSL trunk installed. :D

Thanks again! ;)
