Hello people! I have done a search on this and it seems to have never been resolved. Its been said that if you have electric memory seats in your car, then theres a good chance you will have the heating elements, even if you dont have the switch. As far as i know! The parts that are needed to do this retro fit (if the elements are present) are. The switches, and the loom that comes from the seats to the switches. This is it according to my local dealer, as this used to be available as a kit, as has been said on other threads i'v found on a search.

Right! After going through this when i was in the dealers one day and finding out although the kit is not available anymore, the parts can still be bought seperate. From a dealer the switch module is around £130 but the loom is only £30. On my return home from the dealers i thought i'd do a little search on ebay and found a switch module with the heated seat switches in and won it for around £12.

The only thing is, i'v got the bits for the job, but on the searches i'v done, it's never been resolved how you can tell if you'v got the elements. There's been a mention of the yellow box under the seat, but no more info on what to look for.

Any info on this matter will be appreciated.:)
