you can resize pictures using any image viewing programmes such as ACDSee or PhotoShop

Nice collection dude... I have one of model commercial airline jets....

Best way to resize an image is to open it up in MS Paint - or just right-click on the file and select edit - once in MS Paint, just "save as" and select JPEG as the file type... judging by the file size, it is probably saved as a BMP (bitmap).

If you want to resize the image itself - just use CTRL-W....
