hey guys i recently one of my angels eyes started flickering when i turned them on this was yesterday. Today they seem fine but the one that was flickering comes on a second after i turn my lights on. I managed to locate the inverter. The wires are sealed to the unit. Just wondering how do i change this? Do i cut the wires and join them to the new one?? any ideas?

If it's sealed then you got no choice. Make sure you tape the join up with good quality tape after you've joined them to the new one.

when i used to have the original inverters that came with the gen 1's it was normal for them to flicker before you turned them on first time in the morning (especially cold days). I changed them when those went pop for some out of some random pc neon kits and never had the problem again :).

afftab's is enhanced 2nd gen angel eyes, there are heat shrink tubes between the inverter plug and the ring wire plug. TO remove simply cut them open and swap the inverter.

Gen 1 and Normal Gen 2 don't have heat shrink tubes on wires, the wires from the ring plug directly into the back sockets on the inverter
