Quick 1-recieved an e46 lip spoiler snapped,can it be fixed?

Hi,

I bought an e46 boot/lip spoiler off ebay but recieved it this morning snapped in the middle. It was ONLY packaged with bubble wrap, so im not surprised. Ive emailed the seller to see what he says about it.

However, say the worst come to the worst, do you think its repairable? I havent unpackaged it yet to see the extent of the damage, but say its a clean snap? Could it be glued and maybe sanded back down and repainted ?

hiya dude as per my response on the e36 site it can be gluded sanded back and painted no problem in that but i reckon the seller should send u a new one

thats a bit mashed sala kuta should have packed it properly

i personally think you can glue it back if it's a clean snap.
you've got to try it out if the worst happens anyway.
but i think it will be hard to see it unless you delibrately wanted to look for the snapped section.

Yea - thanks lads, will see what the sala kuta has to say about it, if nothing, i will report him and give bad feedback. simple as! it was not a bad deal at 32 quid, used, but guess being snapped - its not a good deal!!
