Anyone used this before? Sounds like good stuff, especially for the price - surely an extra 1.6 octane would make a noticable difference?

Octane enhancer for both catalyst and non-catalyst vehicles. Add the bottle contents [250 mls] to 50 litres of unleaded petrol [premium or super] for catalyst equipped vehicles.
Vehicles without catalytic converters may safely increase the concentration to 1 bottle [250 mls] to 25 litres of unleaded petrol. Enhances performance by increasing octane values typically by 1.6. Reduces pinking and possibility of pre-ignition and detonation by controlling the flame front [manner in which the fuel burns]. Improves fuel consumption and gives smoother running.

that octane plus is some serious shit !
:D
when the m3 was booked in for some recall work, beemer lent us a nifty 330ci, it had a tenners worth of unleaded in and we added a whole bottle of octane booster and it went like a rocket ! (naughty i know but it was just a one off)

i have heard that it can cause overheating of something, injectors or valves but i'm not sure maybe the others can help.

i can recommend it just as a one off treat though ! :)

At Santa Pod, I filled up my car with Optimax and put in some STP Octane Booster, and god did it work...

The car felt revvier and much more responsive.

When I refuelled after the pod, with standard 95 ron without the additive I honestly thought my car was broken as it just wouldnt move! lol

Kris, what you need is to fill up with V-Power from shell in europe. Your car will take off on the way to germany, and fly back with the supercharger installed.

Such a shame we can't get it here.
