Nick - that looks superb! A suggestion, if you don't mind? I still feel you should get some carbon fibre "exposed" splitters at the front of the CSL bumper to contrast the rear diffuser ;)

The CSL bootlid really does breathe new life into the aging, but forever classic E46 M3 coupe :)

Are you going to keep the sharkfin or lose it for a smoother look? ACS roof spoiler perhaps? Look forward to the latest development...

Would love to but just cannot justify paying £600 for a pair of OEM CF splitters. Even those that emerge on ebay from time to time command top money. Because my front bumper is OEM, the Vorsteiner and other aftermarket spitters do not fit properly. I supposed legally they can't make them exact replicas.

Also, would love to lose it (Damn! I should have bought the most basic M3 with zilch options 2 years ago to save me all these hassle!) but will leave a hole on my current roof. So no go again :(

Now Nick, that's what the CSL roof is for. It gets over the issue of the shark fin, more CF exposed and no holes... Plus of course it saves weight......;)

Removal of the sharkin won't expose a hole in the roof. Believe it or not it is held on using an adhesive triangle [that is interchangeable]:

Car looks lovely regardless :)
