Just had a pranged my 330 into the back of a Civic 2 seconds out off the Carwash. [bang
Not a lot of damage....creased bonnet, shattered shadow grills, loose angel eye, marked bumper and bruised confidence in my brake foot.
But at least the weather is nice to kinda brighten up my mood.

wow i swear this forum is having atleast one member crash/get crashed into a week [bang. Alll that damage two minute out of a carwash ! I spend about 5 minutes drying the brakes before i start driving like normal. Ahh well we live and learn. Whats you excess?.
p.s the angel eye is the least of your worries ;)...thats the repair that can be done free :D
*edit* Fogot to ask my intitial question...... who calls a crash a prang [hmm.

Going through Insurance as I've never made a claim & have 8 years protected no claims, plus I think the civic driver is milking it a bit.
Yeah, just had my car hand washed/waxed and was only 100 metres up the road when it happened.
Think it was a mixture of bad footware and me standing in a puddle of stuff they painted the tyres with, when i applied pressure on the brake my foot just slid straight off the pedal.
Back lights are fine and look stunning. :D

Ah well, its not so bad if you've got that kind of protected no-claims. Still a pain in the arse though :(

There one scomment about the americans that I like.. "Shit Happens!"
So long as the bike is fine and the weather is good - especially good forecast for the weekend - just enjoy the weather and ride the bike... sort this out next week...
