Congrats mate (took your sweet time)! Sounds like a very rare combo! :) Now, remember to detail everything you do, from pads [Lake County?] to polishes and speeds when you detail with your PC - I wanna see results akin to your Dad's A6!

Sounds like you have got yourself a nice spec car there, I'd be interested to see some pics of the interior sounds different.

its a bit of a strange colour fas, on the first day i saw the car the weather was overcast and the car looked like it was interlagos blue, the 2nd time it had hues of green and today it was really bright and sunny and it looked like this http://www.m3forum.net/m3forum/showthread.php?t=135931&highlight=avus+blue

but normally its like this http://members.arstechnica.com/x/zod/M3-Blue-web.jpg

Welcome and enjoy! Just don't kill yourself in the first week of ownership. I've spent most of the past week going backwards more than forwards!

Great colour combo, Avus blue/champagne is stunning. Trim's not to my liking though. Bit too 7 series for an M3.

Very unsual and nice. I wasn't too sure about the wood but it is unique and I think it works quite well with the champagne, I don't think it would have worked with black. Hope you have a wonderful time with your new steed :D .

yeah i know, i was the same when i first peered in through the window....i was like ..what on earth is that stuff!, but after going out twice in it i really do feel it kinda lightens up the interior a bit..or maybe im just getting olde..ohh gees im turning into pops!..and hey £800 to change a few bits of trim is a bit mad!...i canny wait now!

LOL :D as you say it does kinda break it up!

You can get full interior trim sets 8 piece on ebay for like £150.

If you want me too take the car through it's paces when you get it just give us a shout! :D :D
