Looking good Roy. How does the racelogic differ from the stock setup?

CA strikes again

Would you have to bypass the factory ABS to accomodate the Racelogic? Also what about the SMG software?

Love what you're doing to your Banana Roy, but can't you make those A-Pillar pods less garish?

hi Ian ,where you been hiding ?:)

Ok, the low down on Racelogic
- traction control system and not a stability system
- needs the misfire field in the DME raised to allow it to work
- you dial in exactly ho wmuch rear end slip ( drift ) the systems allows before softly reigning in the power, from 0 - 25 %
- launch control facility, so you can keep the throttle on the floor, dump the clutch and it will hold the engine at peak power revs ( also adjustable) and only allow 10% wheel spin as you dump the clutch,. 10% i sgenerally regarded the optimim spin factor for perfect and fastest take offs
- full throttle shift facility

have not had chance to test it yet ..will report soon.

Hi Nick

1. works in conjunction with OEM ABS sensors , uses these as the signal media to determine spin factors ( same way the ABS does)
2. on smg cars cannot have full throttle shift or launch , only traction control as needs a clutch pedal
3. I actually like the A pillar mount myself, but even if not we could not find anywhere else suitable to mount the gauges. :o

I think Roys is a manual Nick.

I actually quite like the clock pods. They seem to fit in with the 'purposeful look'. However, looking at the pics I would say the supercharger logo looks better under the side grille than over it. (Imho)

Loving the Bannana, but have to Agree with Nick on the Pods. What about relocating them to a custom panel where the ashtray is in the front? Also isnt there an airbag behind that pillar!!
