Sorry its been a bit late in posting up but its been a mad weekend
anyway, big thanks to Andy first for sorting out my headunit, amp.dvd
subs and headrest screens. As always top quality job done by Andy.
Second thanks go to Teddy for getting the rear boot spoiler in on
Friday.Saturday morning in to Hughes Coachworks to get it fitted,
Paul machine polished the boot before fitting so the effect was
doubled as all the scratches are now gone.Actually cant decide
if I'm going to fit the other 2 pieces as I like it as it is now.As usual
Teddys goods are top quality and although it doesn't show in my pictures
the overall effect is stunning. Also fitted the chrome speedo rings this
weekend.
Having had the remap done a few weeks ago haven't really been able
to give the car a "proper" run until this weekend.Up to Manchester and
back in the same day has left me stunned by the difference in performance
and fuel economy. The mid range is vastly improved pick up is now
instant. All in all the recent changes have all been well worth the money
and it was a real pleasure to complete the return journey from
Manchester in 2.5 hours a distance of 217 miles. :D :D :D

Actually Dan I didn't make Andy work his day off,he did this for me
a couple of weeks ago,I just never got round to thanking him on here
:o :o .He has also installed Traceys Alpine in her new Corsa since then,
as soon as he has fitted her speakers I will put up the pics for her.
Mitsu, you are quite right the rear of my car looks like an advertising
hoarding for SSDD Motorsport, perhaps I should charge for the space
like Yellow Pages do,what do you think ? ;) :

Dirty Black,I haven't had any problems with the glidetouch myself
although some on here seem to have had.I dont mess about with
things like this too much I have left all the settings where Andy
adjusted them to.Its a quality bit of kit imo.

The glidetouch is cool once you're used to it. The only difficulty is getting the menus to scroll as you have to make sure you press all of the 6 sensor points on the strip in turn and quickly enough to get it to register. However, you do get used to it and its pretty funky. :)

You are right Sam,thats why I dont even attempt to change
anything :D :D .Best left to the experts like Andy,he showed
me screens previously unseen.
